Murcia Airport is a 25-minute drive, and Alicante 1 hour drive.

The property consists of an entrance hall, a living/dining room with a terrace, a kitchen fully equipped with white goods, two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one en suite and two toilets.

Bedrooms:

The main suite features a King size bed with quality linen, stylish throws, bedside lockers and generous wardrobe space.

The second bedroom is a twin with two single beds with attractive linens, a bedside locker and wardrobe space.

The mattresses are firm but super comfortable with both mattress and pillow protectors. There are duvets for off-season stays and extra pillows for sitting up in bed and reading a good book.

Bathrooms:

The apartment has two bathrooms. One is en-suite with a full bath, over-bath shower, double sinks, and a WC. The other features a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC.

Both bathrooms come with luxury towels - beach towels and a laundry basket. There are non-slip mats for both the shower and bath.

Living/Dining room:

The living/dining room features a three-seater reclining sofa, leather armchair, entertainment unit and coffee table. The dining area has a four-seater table and chairs close to the kitchen.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is well equipped with an oven, hob and extractor fan, a washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, large fridge/freezer and a toaster. It comes equipped with delph, glassware (wine and beer glasses), quality chefs knives, chopping boards, cutlery, tea towels, hand towels, iron and ironing board, kitchen utensils, corkscrew, garlic press, quality pots and pans, baking trays, mugs, pizza cutter, scissors, teapot, wine cooler, oven gloves, bucket and mop and a clothes horse,

Entertainment:

The apartment has a 43in UHD 4k modern flatscreen TV with a Sony soundbar, a mini-PC with a wireless keyboard and mouse and a charging station for all your electronics - Apple and Android.

Broadband and TV:

The apartment has Ultra High-speed 600Mb fibre broadband with WiFi throughout the apartment for internet access and an IP TV box with over 170 channels - both English (UK) and international.

Security and Safety:

All windows have security shutters. The main bedroom is fitted with a safe for secure storage of passports and valuables. The apartment has a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first aid kit and emergency battery-operated light. There is a certified smoke and carbon monoxide alarm fitted in the hall. There is a door camera system to view visitors and open the gate remotely.

Air conditioning:

The apartment has air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living area.

The generous terrace has a four-seater table and chairs to enjoy those magnificent sunsets while sipping something cold.
